Grant Partridge, LMFT
Founder, Therapist
I have dedicated my professional life to supporting individuals and families during times of crisis and beyond. While I have expertise and competency in a variety of therapeutic disciplines (see above), at the core of my practice is a belief that we are removing barriers. With the fog of depression removed, with the constant noise of anxiety removed, with the weight of trauma removed, we can be free to live in congruence with that best version of ourselves. The work that we do will be to foster the confidence in connection with what lies within, tapping into the strength and stability provided in all of our intertwined roots.
I have a BA in Psychology from the University of California at Davis and a MA in Counseling Psychology from Sofia University. I am licensed to practice in Oregon, Washington, and California. I value inclusivity, and strive to create a welcoming and safe environment for all of our patients.

Founder, Therapist
Coming to therapy takes courage, yet is rewarding. As a therapist I believe therapeutic progress happens in a safe, empowering, and non-judgmental space for self-exploration and healing. I really value the therapeutic relationship, which we will build together in a safe, collaborative space where you can feel genuinely seen and heard. I enjoy using warmth, humor, and curiosity in my sessions. We will work together to identify and build upon your strengths; improve your communication; learn new coping skills; and create lasting changes. I will actively support you as you take steps toward reaching your goals, learn to navigate life stressors more effectively, and improve your overall sense of well-being. I am passionate about my work as a therapist and I am deeply committed to helping people make positive changes in their lives.
I welcome and affirm all individuals and their experiences and identities. I believe every individual is deserving of an unbiased, safe, and meaningful space to process their experiences.
I utilize trauma informed, strength-based approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) along with other evidence-based and mindfulness interventions.
I received my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy and Art Therapy from Notre Dame de Namur University in Belmont, California. I am licensed to practice in Oregon, Washington, and California. I primarily specialize in working with Teens, Young Adults and families.
